Pastor Daniel Matos

 Immigration Through a Biblical Worldview

  • Pastor Daniel Matos serves as pastor of Agape Christian Church located in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago. He has led this church for more than four decades. 

  • Pastor Dan also serves as the Midwest Regional Director for the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC), the largest association of Latino evangelical churches in the United States. 

  • In addition, he is Chairman of the Coalition of Latin American Ministers in the Chicago area. 

Pastor Calvin Lindstrom

Social Justice and Education - A Long History

  • Pastor Calvin Lindstrom serves as pastor of the Church of Christian Liberty in Arlington Heights, Illinois for almost 20 years.  He holds an MDiv degree from Whitefield Theological Seminary in Theological and Ministerial Studies.

  • Pastor Calvin also teaches at the Christian Liberty Academy.

  • While studying for an undergraduate degree in engineering, Calvin traveled to South Africa for a six-week mission trip. It was during this time that he sensed God’s calling to education and ministry rather than engineering.  He continued his engineering studies for two more years before fully committing to education and ministry.

Juan Elias Riesco

From Homosexual to Holy

  • Juan-Elias Riesco is a disciple of Christ, saved by grace and set free from homosexuality.  He has been married to his wife, Yolanda for nearly nine years, and they have three children.  Juan serves as the Director of Love Life Chicago, where he leads efforts to unite and mobilize the local church in prayer and evangelism against abortion.  Since its inception, Love Life Chicago has witnessed the saving of 56 babies from abortion.

Don Veniot

The Church in Culture; Ministry and Mission

  • Don and his wife Joy are Co-founders of Midwest Christian Outreach, Inc. (MCOI) in Wonder Lake, Illinois where Don serves as President.  MCOI is a national apologetics ministry with a primary focus on new religious movements.  

  • Don has also been a frequent guest on various radio and television broadcasts including The John Ankerberg Show;  Don is a staff researcher and writer for Midwest Christian Outreach.  He is often called upon to speak at churches and conferences on cultural issues relative to false doctrine and teachings within the  Church.

  • Don is an ordained minister and a charter member of ISCA (International Society of Christian Apologetics) as well as current president of Evangelical Ministries to New Religions (ENMR).
